Welcome to our vibrant senior ministries church and community outreach.
Care Team Ministry is dedicated to providing services of friendship, practical assistance, or immediate need to seniors through teams. We are a church based ministry designed to uphold and uplift senior members in transition and need. We're interested in spending time with you and the seniors in your congregation. We'd like to help you identify senior leaders and work with them to expand senior ministry in your congregation and in the community.
Church and Community Outreach includes expertise in a variety of disciplines related to aging: *Nursing *Social Work *Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy *Dietetics *Therapeutic recreation *Senior Housing *Volunteers *Group development *Communications * Helping those with Alzheimer's disease * Positive aging * Care giver's support, *Ethics and aging * Leaving a legacy for ministry * Living through grief.
